Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@sewintogod.com to receive a return authorization.

Once authorized:

• Package the item in its original packaging
• Ensure the item is new, unused, and undamaged
• Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
• Exchanges may be requested for items of equal value

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items
• Custom made or personalized products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards

Items returned after the 30 day window or not in original, unused condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Proof of Purchase- A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sewintogod.com so we can make it right.
