Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

To make a return:  Contact us at customerservice@sewintogod.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorization number.  Package your item in its originial packaging, ensuring it is undamaged and in new, unused condition.  Include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for your return.  Ship the item to Sew Into God Embroidery & Gifts, 8910 Old Beatty Ford Road, Rockwell, NC 28138.  Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.  

Refunds & exchanges:  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.  Approved refunds will be processed with 5-7 business days and applied to your original method of payment.  You may request an exchange for an item of equal value.  

Exclusions:  Returns are not accepted on sale items, custom-made products, digital downloads, and gift cards.  Items returned after the 30 day window or not in their originial, undamaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Considerations:  

Proof of Purchase:  A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Damaged Items:  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@sewintogod.com for a resolution.
